Privacy Policy
In short: the app processes your contacts entirely on your device. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is tracked, and the developer never gets to see your data.

This policy describes how the app handles personal data. It covers the app itself, not the other apps and services you pass your export files on to.
2. YOUR CONTACTS
The app can read your contacts only after you have granted access in the dialog shown by iOS. You may also grant access to a hand-picked selection of your contacts instead of all of them.
Reading, converting and writing happens locally on your device. Your contacts are never sent to the developer and never to any other server. The app has no user accounts, no sign-in and no backend of its own.
You can withdraw access at any time in the Settings app under Privacy & Security > Contacts. The app then no longer reaches your address book.
3. CONTACT NOTES
The app may also read the note field of your contacts, because notes belong to a complete export. Notes often hold particularly sensitive information. You can exclude the note field from every export in the export options, and the app points this out where you make that choice.
4. EXPORT FILES
An export is first assembled in a temporary folder and then saved in the app's documents folder, which you can reach with the Files app. What happens next is your decision: preview, share sheet, mail, another app or a cloud service.
The moment you hand an export file to another app or service, it leaves this app's control and the privacy policy of the receiving party applies. Export files contain the contact data you selected, so treat them like any other sensitive document and delete them in the Files app once you no longer need them.
5. WHAT IS STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
The app keeps on your device only:
- your export setups, the templates that describe which contacts and fields to export, stored in the app's private application support folder;
- your settings and a few counters, for example the action to perform after an export, whether the date is appended to file names, and how many exports you have finished. The export count is what decides when you are asked for an App Store review.
None of this is transmitted anywhere, and all of it disappears when you delete the app.
Earlier versions kept export setups in iCloud Drive. This version copies them to the device once and no longer uses iCloud for your data.
6. PURCHASES
All features can be unlocked with an in-app purchase. The purchase is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. The developer receives no payment details, no name and no address, only anonymous sales reports. Restoring a purchase works through the Apple Account signed in on your device. 7. NETWORK CONNECTIONS
The app itself goes online in two situations only:
- The settings screen lists other apps by the same developer. That list is fetched from a public database on Apple's iCloud servers. The request carries no data about you or your contacts; Apple processes the technical connection data such as your IP address.
- When you open the App Store from the app, to rate it or to recommend it to a friend, iOS takes over from there.
The app contains no advertising, no analytics, no crash reporting and no third-party tracking. It does not use the advertising identifier and does not follow you across apps or websites.
8. SUPPORT REQUESTS
If you send a support request from the app, your mail app opens with a prepared message that you can read and edit in full before sending. It contains the app version, the device model, the iOS version, your language setting, the app version you originally bought, and the App Store receipt as an attachment. This information helps to reproduce a problem and to check a purchase.
Once you send it, the developer processes your mail address and the content of your message in order to answer you (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). Support mail is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for your request and no statutory retention period stands in the way.
9. THE REVIEW PROMPT
Now and then the app asks you to rate it. The prompt itself is shown by iOS. The developer learns nothing about whether or how you answered it.
10. CHILDREN
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from them.
11. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise these rights, write to the address above. Because your contacts are processed on your device alone, the developer cannot read, correct or delete that data. It stays under your control at all times.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The one responsible for the developer is the Saxon Data Protection Commissioner in Dresden, Germany.
12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Whenever a change to the app affects this document, the document is updated and ships with the next app update. The date at the top always names the current version.
