How do I export my iPhone contacts to Excel or CSV?

Pick the contacts, choose the fields you want, and export them as an Excel workbook or a CSV file. The file opens straight away in Numbers, Excel or Google Sheets, or you can hand it to another app.

Can I back up my contacts to a vCard file?

Yes. Export your contacts to a single vCard file, with photos and notes kept. Save it to the Files app or email it to yourself, and import it back into the Contacts app whenever you need it.

Can I export only certain fields or contact lists?

Yes. Choose the exact fields you need, from names and phone numbers to postal addresses and notes, and limit the export to the accounts or lists you pick. The Contacts app exports whole cards as vCards and nothing else.

Can I export only the contacts that changed since last time?

Yes. Turn on the change filter, and each export includes only the contacts you added or changed since you last ran that setup. A recurring export then hands out only what is new. It is a separate one-time purchase.

Does my contact data stay private?

Yes. Every export runs on your device. The app needs no account and no sign in, uploads nothing, and does not track you. Unlike web-based contact converters, your data never leaves the phone.

Is there a subscription?
