This policy applies to the version of Exporter for Contacts distributed through the Mac App Store.

4. Data We Collect

We do not collect any data. Specifically:

• We do not operate any backend server that the app communicates with.
• We do not use analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs.
• We do not create user accounts or profiles.
• Any data you process with the app is handled entirely on your device and never leaves it through any action of the app.
• Apple’s own App Store infrastructure (purchases, downloads, In-App Purchase receipts, crash logs Apple may collect at the OS level) is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy, not by us – we have no access to that data.

5. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

Because no personal data is collected through the app, no processing purpose or legal basis applies.

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose any personal data to third parties, because we do not collect any. We do not transfer any personal data internationally, because none is collected.

Exporter for Contacts is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children, because we do not collect personal data from anyone.
