How to Get Support
For a support request about an app already installed on your Mac (trial versions included), check the app's Help menu for "Submit Support Request" or "Contact Author". Use it where available: it creates a new message in your email app, pre-filled with the version numbers of macOS and the app. If the app doesn't have this feature, or for other questions, send a message directly to .
Note that support requests may be deferred or even ignored if they are not made via the "Submit Support Request"/"Contact Author" function built into the app.
Please understand that for ad-free apps in this price segment, which are offered as a one-time purchase and not as a subscription, phone support cannot be provided.
Download Latest Versions
If you downloaded the app from the Mac App Store, use the Mac App Store to re-download or update the app. If you purchased the app from my website, download this bundle with the latest versions:
Popular Questions
How do I download and install the apps?
All my apps are currently distributed exclusively through the Mac App Store. This may change in the future if there's demand for it. If you can't or don't want to buy an app through the Mac App Store, please get in touch.
Are there trial versions available?
Most of my apps are free downloads from the Mac App Store and have no time limit, so they work as a trial version in practice. An in-app purchase is due only when you decide to unlock the full app. Export Calendars Pro is the exception: it's a classic paid app, but a dedicated trial version is available on its features page. ABBU Restore follows a third model. Opening archives and browsing them is free and has no time limit, and the first contacts can be read in full. Exporting your own archives is unlocked with an annual pass.
Do the apps use a subscription model?
Mostly not. Most apps are one-time purchases with no ongoing subscription fees. You get a permanent license, and all updates are included. A few apps are sold with an annual license that you renew yourself when you need to.
What macOS versions are supported?
Each app supports recent macOS versions. Check the individual app page for specific system requirements and minimum macOS versions.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases in the Mac App Store are refunded by Apple through its usual return process. Contact Apple Support for that. Since all apps can be tried without a time limit before you buy, Apple may also decline a refund.
How often are apps updated?
I update all my apps regularly and keep them working with the current macOS version.
