Contacts Access Denied

If Exporter for Contacts cannot access your contacts, you may need to grant permission in System Settings.

How to grant access

  1. Open System Settings.
  2. Go to Privacy & Security → Contacts.
  3. Find Exporter for Contacts in the list and enable the toggle.
  4. If the app is not listed, try removing it from the list (click the minus button) and re-launching the app. It will ask for permission again.

If you have followed the steps above and the app still cannot access your contacts, please send a support request via the app’s Help menu.
